While at the Museum of Arcitecture in Stockholm we saw lots of different gingerbread houses, see the gallery below, then later in the day while at one of the many small design shops we saw this gingerbread house made easy cutter (above). How simple, make the dough, roll it out and then just get the cutter and hey presto a house.

We were quite excited about this because this was our first ever gingerbread house and we were quite pleased with how it turned out. Admittedly we did cheat when it came to making the dough because at the moment all our cookie and cake making supplies are in storage so thanks to Swedish supermarkets, they have delicious tasting readymade gingerbread mixtures.

It might not be the most beautiful, especially our melty looking snow man blob but we’re pretty proud of it and we’re looking forward to getting stuck in and eating it too.
