HOLIDAY BUYS: SWEDISH STYLE PART TWO
Swedes are renowned for this gorgeous scandinavian style so we’re bringing you some of our favourite christmas items from Sweden. We started out this morning with a look at the most famous of all swedish design places, IKEA and now we’re headed to one of our local place Ahlens. You can be sure that if you’re looking for an inexpensive piece to brighten, flatter, boost or compliment your interior scheme, Ahlens will have something for you and with Christmas just about here, there’s plenty to choose from so here are some of our favourites.
- Adventsljusstake – Swedes love their advent candles. Whether it’s a day by day candle set or a week by week like this one, every Swede is sure to own an advent candle. This one is sweet and could be filled with anything to compliment your christmas decor. Find out more here.
- Bambi – If you’re going for a nature theme this year, then this little bambi bauble is perfect for you. I love the gorgeous bronzer colour and the sweet looking eyes. Find out more here.
- Ballerinaskor – Another great tree decoration and would make a really sweet gift for anyone expecting a new baby girl. Find out more here.
- Fruktkorg – Such a lovely simple fruit bowl which really could be used as anything particularly as a gift. You could fill it with wool and knitting needles, fresh fruit, cooking supplies, anything really. Find out more here.
There’s so much more in store and it was quite difficult to narrow the list down, so if you’re in sweden or in need of some online window shopping check out Ahlens website.
Psst:- We’re not paid or perked by any of the holiday buys people we’ve shown. We just really like their stuff and want to let everyone know.
